Many bus stops in towns and villages are poorly marked, lack proper shade or seating, and provide little protection from heat, rain, or traffic. Commuters are forced to wait on the roadside, often standing for long periods without clear information about arrival times or safe boarding space. Elderly passengers, students, women, and workers are affected the most because they rely on public transport every day. The problem increases discomfort, travel stress, and exposure to road danger.
