🧠 Problem Title: The Rising Problem of Early-Age Hair Fall Among Youth
📝 Problem Description

Hair fall is commonly associated with adulthood and aging. However, an increasing number of teenagers and young adults are experiencing noticeable hair loss at much earlier ages.
Several factors may contribute to this trend, including academic stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, pollution, unhealthy lifestyles, excessive screen time, hormonal changes, and improper hair-care practices. Modern lifestyles often involve irregular eating habits, reduced physical activity, and increased mental pressure, which may affect overall health, including hair health.
For many young people, hair fall can affect self-confidence, social interactions, and emotional well-being. The issue is becoming a growing concern among students who are often unaware of the underlying causes and preventive measures.
The problem raises an important question: Why are issues once associated with adulthood becoming increasingly common among teenagers?
