🧠 Problem Title: Blocked Drainage Systems and Flooding
📝 Problem Description

Drainage systems are designed to carry away rainwater and prevent waterlogging. However, in many towns and cities, drains become blocked due to garbage, plastic waste, construction debris, silt, and poor maintenance.
When heavy rainfall occurs, these blocked drains cannot carry water efficiently. As a result, roads become flooded, residential areas experience waterlogging, traffic movement is disrupted, and daily life is affected. Flooded streets can also damage property, create health risks, and increase the spread of water-borne diseases.
The problem often goes unnoticed until a major rainfall event occurs. While floods are frequently blamed on heavy rain, inadequate drainage maintenance can significantly worsen their impact.
This raises an important question:
Are our roads flooding because of rainfall—or because the water has nowhere to go?
