🧠 Problem Title: Tripling on bikes
📝 Problem Description

The local community is experiencing a significant increase in the dangerous practice of tripling—three or more individuals riding a single two-wheeler—which has become a pervasive safety concern on our roads. This behavior is consistently observed during both peak traffic hours and late evening, often involving young riders who frequently maneuver through congested traffic at high speeds without adhering to basic lane discipline. My observations suggest that this practice is not only a violation of traffic regulations but also creates an extreme hazard for all road users; the lack of stability and the inability to react quickly to obstacles or sudden stops significantly elevates the risk of severe accidents. Furthermore, these riders rarely utilize proper safety gear, with passengers often lacking helmets, which exacerbates the potential for critical injury. This reckless conduct disrupts the flow of traffic, intimidates pedestrians at crossings, and fosters a lawless atmosphere that compromises the general safety and security of our neighborhood streets.
