🧠 Problem Title: Crop Failure: A Growing Threat to Farmers and Food Security
📝 Problem Description

Agriculture is the backbone of livelihoods for millions of farmers. However, crop failure remains a major challenge in many regions. Crop failure occurs when crops are damaged or produce significantly lower yields than expected.
Several factors contribute to crop failure, including irregular rainfall, droughts, floods, pest attacks, plant diseases, poor soil quality, extreme temperatures, and limited access to modern farming techniques. Climate change has increased the unpredictability of weather patterns, making farming more risky than ever.
When crops fail, farmers may lose their income, struggle to repay loans, and face financial hardship. Crop failure can also affect food availability, increase food prices, and impact the broader economy.
This raises an important question:
What happens when the people who feed the nation cannot harvest enough food for themselves?
